These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fakharuddin.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Md. Fakharuddin ("I", "me"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, scraping it at a scale that harms performance, or using it to send spam or malicious content.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all text, design, graphics and other content on the Site belong to me. You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with clear credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the content without my written permission.

Information only, no guarantees

Content on the Site, including future blog posts, is shared for general information and education. It is based on my own experience and is not professional, legal or financial advice. Search engines and affiliate programs change often, so I can't guarantee that any strategy, tool or tip will produce a specific ranking, traffic or income result for you.

Consultations and services

The free first consultation is an introductory conversation with no obligation on either side. Any paid SEO, content or automation work will be agreed separately in writing, including scope, deliverables, timeline and fees, and that agreement will take priority over these Terms where they differ. Results from SEO work depend on many factors outside my control, including search engine algorithm updates, competition and the client's own website and actions.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on the Site may be affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. I only recommend products and services I believe are useful, but you should make your own decision before buying.

Tools and software

Tools, apps and plugins mentioned on the Site may be offered under their own separate terms or licences. Where that is the case, those terms apply to your use of that tool.

Third party links

The Site links to websites and services I don't control. I'm not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not mean I endorse everything on that site.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, rankings or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
